Charges from 1^st January 2023

a) £8 per hour for either the Main Hall or the Small Room

b) £16 per hour for both halls together

c) £20 additional to be charged for events where alcohol would be consumed

d) £12 per hour Minimum Charge for a letting for personal profit

e) £100 for Bird Auction

f) £50 deposit for Children’s Parties

g) £100 deposit for ‘One off’ adult evening functions

h) £150 deposit for Wedding Receptions or similar

i) Additional £10 for usage of the stage.

j) £50 minimum charge for Children’s Parties – up to 3 hours usage, use of both rooms.

Setting up and clearing away time MAY be allowed free PROVIDING it does not preclude any other booking being taken.

Deposits may be forfeit for damage or breach of conditions.

’One off’ means any booking not made by an Organisation regularly using the hall.
