If you would like us to provide Remote Assistance you need to have VNC installed. To do so, follow this procedure:

For Windows XP, 2000, 2003 & Vista install this Registry merge.

For Windows 95, 98 & ME install this Registry merge.

On ALL versions install the Mirage driver here.

On ALL versions install TightVNC here.

As TightVNC installs ensure that you install ALL components and tick the box to register the Server component as a service*.

Check the system shows a message saying the Server service started successfully.

*Note: Do NOT register the server component as a service on Vista.
