We can provide Remote Support provided that you have installed TightVNC. To make life that little bit easier you can install it from this site by following these instructions:
All Windows/XP users install this registry entry.
All Windows/9x/NT users install this registry entry.
ALL Windows users install the Mirage driver here.
ALL Windows users install the TightVNC software here.
ALL users except Vista should tick the boxes 'Install as Service' and 'Start TightVNC Server'. |
